Casino Queen is anchored in East Saint Louis at 200 South Front st. There are one hundred and fifty beds and 7 penthouses close-by at the gambling den. The gambling hall coverstwenty-seven five hundred square feet and offers many features. Aside from betting, Casino Queen presents a two thousand, five hundred passenger paddle wheeler, a one hundred and forty spot recreational vehicle camp and easy access to MetroLink light-train location.
