Learning From My Betting Errors

1st to clarify the reason I wrote this article. I have been wagering on the web or at a brick and mortar casinos for many years. I have discovered, the addiction can take a hold of you and you won’t even realize it until you are penniless. Particularly if you’re on a winning run. I’ve gone through countless tens of thousands of dollars in only a short period of time and to this day on occasion, I will go too far. It seems you are just having a blast until you start to pay attention to your losses and the guilt settles in, and then you keep telling yourself "I can win it back" constantly. It doesn’t works. Then you feel sick in your stomach and the harder you try the quicker you are deprived.

When you notice that you’re up, STAY on the UP! When you start to lose, do not tell yourself, "well perhaps one more" and over and over again, believe me, this method RARELY ever operates. Say you’re playing on slot games, have an amount put aside prior to starting your play. Don’t go over that limit, no matter how tempting. If you actually succeed, put that in a different pot. Do not use your successes no matter what. Once you’ve played through your primary set limit, call it a day. Head out, whether it is on the internet or at a physical betting house, do not stay around. Always keep in mind, there will be another day, another time.

Keep in mind, wagering is supposed to be FUN not exhausting, nauseating work! If you are not enjoying yourself, you don’t belong there. If youcannot afford the loss, don’t even begin.
